concrete culvert pipe making machine is one of the most widely process to make concrete pipes. concrete pipe machine made by our company could make pipes diameter from 250 mm to 2500 mm,
length up to 5 meters. joint type could be male & female; bell & socket; flat end; steel socket joint.

The whole plant include bathching machine; concrete mixer; concrete pipe machine; concrete pipe mold; concrete feeding machine.
When start the machine, use feeding machine to feed concrete into the mold, the mold will be driven by the roller. Both roller and mold rotating in high speed. centrifugal force produced by roller could make concrete adhere onto the inner wall of mold. As feeding more concrete into the mold, the concrete will be shaped into pipe with high pressure.
